Senior members subject to senior moments...

Senior members subject to senior moments... This is why the change is advisable, to transform senior moments into exalted ones. If other members become exalted, as Rene threatens, we can redefine it as "ordinary" while John Charles and I are propelled, ever humble, ever closer to legendary status.

I humbly propose that "Senior Member" be changed to "Exalted Poobah" Carl, by all means, I'd be happy to! But then please realize that all Senior members will be exhalted to Poobah's! If you have more than 3 likes I will change it! Any other proposals? Rene, So far no additional likes. Other members may be jealous or otherwise opposed to a noble upper stratum. /

Obviously not a light-hearted decision to make... let's wait and see.

We could call Carl and John Charles "emeritus members", to distinguish from us lowly posters.

Guys, this is all big fun and as I said to Carl I am more than willing to implement this. But just to be clear, I cannot give individual posters a ranking. The ranking is always linked to the number of posts. What I can change is A) the names of the rankings and B) the number of posts needed to achieve a certain status. I can also change the colours of the stars by the way. Please see attached a screenshot of the Settings panel, this gives an idea of the possibilities. So shoot your ideas and we'll find a good compromise!

I am really quite happy that they remain as they are.

I am really quite happy that they remain as they are. I never wanted to be a poobah and see no reason to change anything. I have an idea how Victor Frankenstein felt when the monster was out and about.

Member Emeritus for Charles and Carl Contributing Member for those over a hundred posts Junior member for those under a hundred posts This is maybe too honorary for prolific posters young at heart and in spirit. May I suggest simply "Member" instead of "Senior Member"?

No King Arthur needed on this round table, let us all be Knights .

Having just looked at René post showing the settings, I like the fact that at 500 comments one becomes a "God". That is indeed something to aim for; a God like status .
