It pleases me to see there is still interest in modern F1! For a minute there René I had thought that you had spelt the second word incorrectly, should have been spelt "surprises" .

I think there is a genuine cause for optimism in F1 Rene, Ferrari and Haas are unlikely to be as bad as previously and it would be good to see how Seb gets on with the Aston but whilst it may not be totally different next year and I don't know how many gimmicks will stay in 2022, I do hope DRS flaps away into the history books, overtaking has always been challenging, for crying out loud if it was easy we'd all do it, but the images of 2022 look positive - so here is hoping
Incidentally I came across a couple of nice little documentaries on youtube, one, about how helmets have evolved which was fascinating and the other one on cockpits, which really does show how things have changed in 70 years- really interesting
