By popular request... here is the 2021 Grand Prix board! The race calendar is still provisional and the Australian race planned for March 21 will almost certain be moved to later in the season. The corona virus is still among us even if vaccinations have started in many countries but it will take time before life becomes 'normal' again and that will be no different for the F1 community (and all other race series and sport events).
But the season will start in March or April and there is enough to look forward to with several drivers changing teams. The cars may be carry-overs from 2020 but I read the loss of downforce as a result of new restrictions will be more significant than first anticipated.
The Aston Martins will be green anyway with their new title sponsor!

Is Sir Lewis racing? seems very quiet on that front.

Is Sir Lewis racing? seems very quiet on that front. Considering his frequent complaining, Lady Lewis has a more natural poetic symmetry.

Apparantly he is quite active on social media, but yeah I have been wondering this for a few months, does F1 present the sort of challenge he thrives on anymore?

Is he playing hard to get, better be careful as there is a young lad who is itching to get his hands on that car.

It looks like China is asking to postpone its Grand Prix again this year. Last time it did that, 2020 and a full six weeks before Australia cancelled theirs, Covid 19 was about to unleash itself on the world from its Chinese base in Wuhan . Do they know something?

Last time it did that, 2020 and a full six weeks before Australia cancelled theirs, Covid 19 was about to unleash itself on the world from its Chinese base in Wuhan . Do they know something? The Covid-19 situation in China is an enigma. When one looks at the up-to-date data (e.g., at Wikipedia), China, a country with an estimated population of 1,400,050,000, is listed to have had under 90,000 cases (of infected persons) - and just one single wave, topping in mid-February; and henceforth a flat curve.
In comparison, Denmark, for example, a country with a population of just 5,800,000, have, so far, had about 180,000 cases of infected persons (i.e., the double of China), despite having been in a state of almost constant shutdown since early March.
The numbers reported by China simply cannot be true. It's not possible ... But now there are reports about new shutdowns (in China):

I wouldn't believe the figures given out by an awful lot of countries Mikael. Two notable ones who are giving out accurate numbers would be Denmark and New Zealand and both have handled the pandemic well in my opinion. No way in this world are Chinese and Russian figures accurate or representative.
It would appear that the 2021 season will be as disrupted as the last one for this thing is far from done with; new strains popping up all over the world and each new one seems to be more contagious than the last, terrible times indeed.

Indeed Mikael, the official China numbers cannot be correct. China has never been known for their transparancy but now with this terrible virus it is even more reprehensible to keep data back. They only gave information about the actual virus characteristics when it became clear it was a possible threat to the world. Already too late. Anyway, regarding Formula 1, the 2021 calendar could be just as mixed as the 2020 calendar. The fly a way races to other continents are still very unsure. Mugello, Imola, Portimao again? Why not!

It appears that Charles leClerc has caught the virus but only 'mildly', wishing him a speedy recovery and in the meantime Lewis is remaining very quiet whereas Valteri is saying he won't use mind games against him? not sure on that one Valteri, but I wish you well.

I really hope SLH isn't trying to emulate Senna in 1993. That's been done already.

Cyril Abitboul has left the Alpine Renault team very suddenly and Nikita Mazepin is on a yellow card already. Things never stay static for long in F1.

I believe that Lando Norris has also been tested positive for Covid 19 as well as Charles and both appear to have spent some time in Dubai recently. Maybe it is a good idea to stay put, just like "ordinary" folk lads as this thing isn't to be messed with!
Interestingly it was announced that Davide Brivio would be leaving the Suzuki MotoGP team and joining the Alpine F1 set up long before it was announced that Cyril would be leaving the latter. Maybe not official in the first instance, but a media leak.
Quite a bit of speculation going around on various media outlets about what Mr Hamilton is up to, probably most of it is what is currently known as "click bait". Some say that he is setting impossible demands that the Merc board are not playing ball with, even Tonto is talking of "curved balls". Be interesting to see what his lordship would do if MB said "right oh son off you go".
