Ferrari showed a first teaser image of their new Le Mans Hypercar for the 2023 WEC season. It was confirmed again that it is a pure-bred racing prototype rather than based on a road car. It will hit the Fiorano test track for the first time in July.

Much to my surprise the normally motor racing averse BBC actually showed Steve McQueens Le Mans yesterday afternoon, oh the sound and the beauty of those monsters was something to enjoy,
I managed to watch the first hour or so of the start with the hypercars disappearing into the distance and the LMPs giving a good account of themselves as did the other categories and it bodes well for the next 23 hours
But as the above photo suggests the future is looking fabulous and I can’t wait for the entry list for the next few years
