This may - or may not - be of interest to RRT members; anyway, one of the major Danish newspapers, Berlingske, reported yesterday that the owner of the Danish clothing company "Bestseller" - who are sponsors of Kevin Magnussen and the Haas F1 team, to promote their brand "Jack & Jones" - has teamed up with none less than Ron Dennis to invest (significantly) in the London and Los Angeles-based clothing company "Varley", that specialize in "women's activewear". This might - perhaps - hint at a possible future F1 sponsorship - but perhaps it's most natural to think about sponsorship into "Formula W" (or the "W Series", as it rightly is called) ... (Disclaimer: the newspaper mentions nothing about motor sport sponsorship - that's pure speculation on my part.) < Newspaper source (in Danish) >

That is interesting, and hopefully will result in sponsorship for some deserving driver in the "W" series. Ominously, both Haas drivers will ride around the Austin track with former NASCAR champion Tony Stewart on Thursday and then take to the track themselves once they've learned how to wrestle a 750 bhp dumpster around a road course. I predict major repair of track barriers after those three cowboys are done.

sounds interesting Mikael, especially as we hear that Kevin's Dad has now left Chevrolet - do we know where he is going or what he is going to do?

sounds interesting Mikael, especially as we hear that Kevin's Dad has now left Chevrolet - do we know where he is going or what he is going to do? Chris, Earlier this year Jan Magnussen started up a racing team together with Ronnie Bremer, called MB Racing. So far Bremer has been the only driver of the team, participating in the Danish touring car series. According to recent news-articles, Jan Magnussen will pay more attention to MB Racing next year; but no further details have been given (except for a statement like, "Le Mans together with Kevin is a dream - but that's still out in the future ..."). Mikael Link to MB Racing's homepage (in English): www.mbracing.dk/

that sounds interesting Mikael, it would be rather good to see Father and Son at Le Mans, certainly would be competitive -

René, Have a wonderful time at Spa! Your experience could be enhanced if you held aloft a massive David Croft headshot with a prohibitive red diagonal across it. Few will complain unless the image nauseates or blocks their view.
Cheers, Carl Forza Ferrari!
