Will Márquez win at his home Grand Prix and seal the Championship? Or will Dovizioso do the unlikely and become champion with Ducati?

this is one exciting prospect, Marquez really should be favourite but Motor bike racing is so unpredictable one never knows, there would be perhaps a delicious irony if Dovi won, with Iannoe and Jorge's comments and salaries behind him, whatever I just hope for a fair and even contest, but realistically Marc has it all to lose, I shall be ready to watch most sessions, a small matter of a rugby match at Murrayfield notwithstanding, curtesy of MotoGP online
now with all the previous conspiracies will anyone else play a part in this drama I wonder?

As you say Chris, Marquez has it all to loose. I am wishing very hard that Dovizioso wins as it would be a breath of fresh air to this championship, and very well deserved following his performances this year.
Also it would be great for Ducati who put so much into MotoGP.
Fingers, and everything else crossed therefore.

I do think Dovi, being such as down-to-earth individual who has plugged away and isn't a 'superstar' in the way Rossi and Marquez are would be, probably the best advert MotoGP could have, and as you say it seems a fair reward for Ducati\s trials and tribulations,
JC et al, what are your biggest disappointments this year in all three categories?

I have just viewed the highlights and it was another cracking MotoGP race and full of unstaged or contrived drama.
Somewhat gutted for M. Zarco that he did not win a well deserved race in his rookie season, but one has a feeling that many are just around the corner and that he is going to be a major thorn in Marquez' side in coming years.
Dovi did his best but the Ducati's were not at their best around this particular circuit.
Chris, I would have to say my biggest disappointment has to be Scott's year, just keeping all fingers crossed that he will fair better next year on the Aprillia.

Did anyone see Marquez save the tucked front end at 90mph ish? I couldn't believe it! Quite incredible.
To be perfectly honest, I wanted Dovi to win as it would have been something new but you can't begrudge MM his success, he really is a phenomenon.

Yes I watched it too and also wanted Dovi to win. But it was a long shot and Marc deserved it. He is phenomenal indeed, always on the absolute limit. How he saved that bike is a mystery to me.
