That was an entertaining race! The first part was kinda messy but what fun! Great racing by Wickens. I have to admit I did not have him on my radar but boy this guy can race. The end was an anti climax though but I understand Rossi gave it a try but maybe a bit too opportunistic. I love the helmet cam by the way, they really should have that in F1.... but how will that look with the halo?

It was an excellent race, really like these new aero cars, you can see the drivers working at the wheel a lot more than recent seasons. Very disappointed for Wickens though, he really deserved to win. Looks like a promising season ahead 👍

Rene and Jamie, I agree with you both. It was an excellent race! Robert Wickens deserved to win and so would Alexander Rossi had his pass succeeded. It was a bold and faultless attempt. Again, Dale Coyne Racing is there to claim victory at the end. There were too many caution periods, although understandable with the new handling characteristics making this race a test by fire both for drivers and teams. Less downforce demands more driving skill. What about this simple truth does Formula One not comprehend? Cheers, Carl
