The Azerbaijan Grand Prix Circuit would be great fun to drive, but were any passes straightforward? Was every one enabled by drag reduction? The speed comparison graphic showed Verstappen had an almost 20 mph advantage approaching Turn 1 when he first took the lead. Regardless of who benefits, this is an artificial advantage degrading the sport and should be eliminated.
Yes, it's strange - and disappointing - that they didn't take the opportunity in '22 to get rid of that terrible device. Movable aerodynamic devices have always been illegal in F1. That shouldn't be compromised.
