I was going to say Nuvolari, mainly because of the 'helmet' and jacket but Levegh looks a good call

Yep, Carl is right (and Chris’s first thought). It’s Tazio Nuvolari in the little Cisitalia Abarth at the Palermo-Montepellegrino hill climb. He finished 5th overall and first in his class. This was to be his last win and his last drive, too.
