continuing the theme about today's online Autosport there is an article sadly reminding that it is now 40 years since that awful day in Monza and we speak of people sadly lost to us but never ever forgotten
but Kevin Turner speaks of Ronnie's 10 greatest F1 races, and they include: 73 France 74 Monaco 76 Italy 74 Canada 78 Belgium 74 Italian 71 Canada 73 Spanish 71 Monaco 78 Austria I did find it strange that the 78 South African GP wasn't mentioned but interested how people feel about this list

I too find it strange that 73 France is on instead of 78 South Africa. I would think there should be a couple more 73 races on.

he wasn't called Superswede for nothing! I too remember hearing the tragic news - I was working for Duckhams Oils at the time and they announced his passing that awful afternoon, I couldn't believe it at the time and remember being so upset, Ronnie was a long-term friend of Duckhams Oils and there were a lot of staff in tears that afternoon - another terrible tragedy that should have been avoided.
what sullied the whole thing for me afterwards was the Kangaroo court - despicable, I was not really a James fan but that really did lessen my views even more, to this day I have not read what actually happened that tragic day and I am not sure I want to,

Never changed his approach. To him, they were all go-karts, small or big.
